Lebid Designs ensures a quality product and a pleased client! Orders can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from our ship date. After 15 days they are eligible for exchange only. Custom Design orders are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Prior to mailing an item for return, exchange, or repair, e-mail me for a confirmation number to include with your shipment. Enclose a $7.95 check to cover shipping. Items should be insured and sent in the same or similar packaging. Lebid Designs is not responsible for items lost in return mail. Returns must be in original condition. Repair of a Lebid Designs piece is free of charge within 30 days after date of purchase.
